What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
 
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal.com for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

I would like you to build up a frame for me with my choice of components.
Great! We love doing these. Contact us to discuss the details.

Where are the frames made?
The frames and carbon components are made in the Far East.

Are the frames tested for safety?
All the frames go through rigourous tests and meet EN safety standards.

Is there a Warranty and for how long?
Yes, there is a 3 year warranty against failure and defects from the date of purchase. Please see terms and conditions below.

Can I see one of your bikes/frames in the flesh?
We all want to see and touch something before we purchase it. So we will do our best to enable you to do that. If you live in and around the Hampshire area this should be fine, for other counties this can be arranged by post/courier (contact us for details). If you are abroad, this will be more difficult, however please contact us and we can try and work something out!

What do I do if I don't want the bike/frame once I've seen it?
You have 14 days to return the bike/frame in the condition it was sent to you i.e. carefully packaged and in an un-ridden and perfect condition. I will refund the full amount including the carriage charge to you. All we ask is that you cover the postage charge back to us.

What size bike/frame do I ride?
If you would like some advice or a fitting, I am a Retul Certified Fitter so would be pleased to offer you any advice your require. Or you can measure your existing bike and compare it to the sizing chart on the frame page, if you are still not sure please contact me and I will advise you. *We also offer a free Retul Bike Fit with every bike purchased. *Avaliable only in mainland UK at the moment.

Terms & Conditions
Warranty

Each Vankru bicycle frame purchased is covered against defects in workmanship and materials, excluding paint and decals, for 3 years from the purchase date, so long as the frame is owned by the original purchaser. This warranty is limited to either the repair or replacement of the defective frame – the decision to repair and replace is to be at the sole discretion of Vankru.

Vankru does not warrant against damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper assembly, improper maintenance, or installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for use with or compatible with, the frame or bicycle sold, by the customer.

Vankru does not warrant against damage or failure of the frames caused by accident, misuse, abuse or neglect. Any modification of the frame or its components shall void this warranty.

Vankru warranty policy is valid only for Vankru products purchased through www.vankru.com or an approved dealer.

Subject to the laws of your jurisdiction, which prevail where applicable over the terms of this warranty, Vankru shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages suffered.

Returns Procedure
You have 14 days to return the bike/frame in the condition it was sent to you i.e. carefully packaged and in an un-ridden and perfect condition. We will refund the full amount including the carriage charge to you. All I ask is that you cover the postage charge back to me.

If you wish to return an item, please use the contact us form detailing the item you wish to return and the reason. We will then send you a returns authorisation number along with instructions.
